Pricing questions

How is Faida licensed?

Per seat, per year. One seat covers one device for 12 months, with a 14-day offline grace window after expiry. There is no automatic renewal; you buy again when you are ready.

How many seats can I buy?

Between 1 and 100 seats per order in the cloud portal. Buy more as you add devices or branches.

How do I pay?

By card or mobile money in the portal, in Tanzanian Shillings. Prices exclude 18% VAT, which is added at checkout.

Can I start on Local and move to Cloud later?

Yes. Buy a Cloud seat when you want sync, online reports, and cloud backups across devices.

Can I transfer a seat to a new computer?

Cloud customers can restore onto a new device. For seat changes, sign in to the customer portal or contact support so the old device can be reviewed.
