Detailed guide
Customer context is available during the sale and remains connected after checkout.
Useful at the moment of sale
Add a walk-in customer only when the relationship matters, or choose an existing account to apply its contact details and price level. The cashier sees what is needed for the transaction without navigating away from checkout.
- Keep phone, email, address, tax, and account references
- Review previous sales and open documents
- Use customer-specific pricing where configured
- Send or print documents with the correct identity
Payments stay tied to documents
Record a full payment, deposit, partial settlement, or credit. Faida allocates the amount to the sales record so the remaining balance and payment history can be explained later.
Reward the customers who come back
Where loyalty is switched on, a customer can be enrolled at the counter in the time it takes to take their name, and their card scanned on the next visit. Points accrue on the sales they actually paid for and are redeemed against a later bill, with the redemption shown on the sale rather than settled off the books.
Statements built from real activity
Customer statements and aging are generated from invoices, returns, credits, and payments. Owners can follow up on overdue balances while preserving the detailed trail the customer or bookkeeper may ask to see.
