Orders placed on the web arrive as work in the app, not as an inbox to retype.
Your catalogue, at an address you choose
Switch on online ordering in Settings and pick a slug — the shop becomes reachable at a public web address you can put in a bio, a poster, or a WhatsApp reply. Customers browse what you actually sell, because the page is built from the same products, prices, and availability the till uses. Nothing is maintained twice.
An order the customer can complete on a phone
A customer adds to a cart, chooses takeaway or delivery, and leaves the details you need to fulfil it — contact name, phone, and for delivery the address, instructions, and any delivery fee you have configured. You decide whether the order is an inquiry to confirm, or whether payment is required before it is accepted.
- Takeaway, delivery, or both, as the business chooses
- Delivery fee applied on the order rather than argued about at the door
- Order details captured once, from the person who knows them
The order becomes work, not an email
Online orders appear on their own page in the app alongside everything else. Accept an order, work it, and settle it the way the business settles anything else. For a restaurant, an accepted order can go to the kitchen with the rest of the service; for a shop, it becomes a sale against the same stock.
An order that arrives as a message has to be retyped. An order that arrives as a record does not.
