Every quantity has a reason
Faida derives on-hand stock from movement records rather than treating the number as an editable guess. Receiving, sales, returns, transfers, counts, adjustments, and assembly work all contribute to the current position.
- Track stock by product, location, and sublocation

Count and correct with control
Run a physical count, compare it with the book quantity, and post the difference as a traceable adjustment. Transfers move stock between locations without disguising the movement as a sale or purchase.
Reorder before the shelf is empty
Set a reorder point for each product. The reorder workspace shows what is short, how much remains, and a suggested order quantity, giving the buyer a practical list to turn into purchase orders.
